The Process
Step 1
🌿We Chat! We prefer to schedule a call either by phone or zoom to get to know each other a bit before we move forward in the process. We love it when you ask a lot of questions so make sure you bring them to your consultation!
🌿During this call, we discuss your vision, your wants and needs out of your Photography and what's most important to you out of your day, and most importantly how you both met! We'll also tell you about ourselves so you get a feel for the people capturing your wedding day! You can't get this day back so it's so important we connect on the same level!
Step 2
🌿After our call, We send you a proposal based on your needs and the options discussed during our chat!
🌿Then we wait!
🌿We give you some time to consider your options as this is a major investment! You MUST be comfortable with whoever is behind the camera and 100% sure who you want capturing your wedding day. Otherwise, you could get back photos you don't 100% love and nobody wants that! You only get awkward photos if you feel awkward with the person behind the camera.
Step 3
🌿You decided to move forward! That's amazing and We're so excited to be working with you!
🌿Now that we're a team we schedule your engagement session to help you get even more comfortable with us and in front of the camera.
🌿Then we work on your timeline and other vendors if you need help finding them! We're here to help your wedding day be as smooth as possible because it can be very overwhelming if you don't know where else to start! We set up 2 consultation calls or in-person meetings to go over everything. First about 6 months before your wedding date and the second, about 6 weeks before, for finalizations to your timeline!

How do you Capture weddings?
Our biggest goal and passion is to make sure you look back on your memories and remember all those special moments between the two of you that make you as a couple so unique. It's an honor and a privilege to be a part of your day and that reflects into your gallery. We understand that this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment for the two of you and we do everything we can to make sure you have something worthwhile and memorable to look back on!
Where are you located and do you travel?
We are Michigan-based but love to travel! So we serve the greater Michigan area and beyond. Travel is included in your package unless it is a destination wedding!
How long will it take for me to receive my Gallery?
Wedding galleries typically take 8-12 weeks, especially during busy season (June- November), to ensure you get the absolute best images from your day! But you will receive sneak peeks 48 hours after your wedding day!
How to you keep my Images safe?
Back up back up back up! We shoot with dual slots for our sd cards on our cameras so every time we shoot they write to two cards! Which are always bought brand new for each wedding. Then as soon as we arrive home they are backed up to an external hard drive and stay on the original cards until your memories are delivered via your online gallery!
When should I reach out to you?
As soon as you can! We take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure We give the best service to each of our clients and we absolutely want you to be one of them!
